1. Who we are

1.2 We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

2. What data we process and why

2.1 Visiting the website. When you visit ncodic.com, our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). We use this data only to operate the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2.2 Visitor statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the website, which pages they view and where they come from. It does not use cookies or store anything in your browser, and it does not identify individual visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2.3 E-mail communication. If you write to us, we process your name, e-mail address, the content of your message and any other information you choose to include, in order to reply and, if you wish, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies

Our website does not use cookies or similar technologies that store information in your browser. We therefore do not ask for cookie consent.

4. Recipients

4.1 We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing.

4.2 Data is processed by the following providers on our behalf:

• WEDOS Internet, a.s., Hluboká nad Vltavou, Czech Republic: website and e-mail hosting;
• Cloudflare, Inc., USA: visitor statistics. Transfers to the USA are based on Cloudflare's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, as a fallback, on the EU standard contractual clauses.

4.3 We may disclose data where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. How long we keep data

5.1 E-mail communication: for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and for the subsequent business communication, or longer where required by law (for example for contracts and invoices).

5.2 Server records: for a limited period needed for the operation and security of the website, as set by our hosting provider.

5.3 Visitor statistics: Cloudflare keeps detailed data for 7 days and then only in aggregated form.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk).
